Allison’s focus during sessions is to educate clients about their injury so they can apply the principles of Pilates effectively to their exercise program and their daily life.
Allison continues her work in rehabilitation using a Pilates based approach that has incorporated many complimentary methods of movement to provide a unique slant to help clients move more effectively, contract muscles more efficiently and feel better.
