Expectant mamas...join Rebecca for our new Prenatal Yoga classes beginning Wednesday, January 22nd at 7pm.
Prenatal yoga aims to support you in feeling strong in your body and calm in your mind during the changes that you experience throughout pregnancy.
This class is appropriate for moms at any stage in their pregnancy that want to connect with themselves, their babies and other mamas while in a small, intimate and supportive environment.
