Join in group consciousness as we expand our awareness through Kundalini Yoga! Classes begin with Pranayam (breath exercises), Kriya(Physical posture/exercise sets), Deep Relaxation with Gong and end with Meditation.

Two class times on Tuesday: 9:30-11am & 6:30-8 pm
