Feeling overwhelmed? Stressed out? Participants will: Have fun! Learn to identify stressors in their lives. Recognize the thoughts that are underlying their stress & create new positive coping statements. Understand the role of the body in feeling and ultimately managing stress. Practice relaxation and art therapy techniques. Use humour to deal with stress & practice self-compassion. Sat., May 5 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. $20.
