40 Day Sadhana to Cultivate Loving Awareness

Sadhana(pronounced sodna) simply means daily practice.
This workshop is for developing compassion and understanding for both ourselves and those around us. Even those that would just like assistance to cultivate a daily yoga and meditation practice. The body and mind have a natural rhythm to habits. When we practice something daily for 40 days we break a habit and change the natural patterns of our thoughts or actions.

In our daily lives we often find ourselves looking outwardly for acceptance and love. Through introspection and kind questions we work towards understanding how to accept and love ourselves and in turn become aware of our ability to have unconditional love for ourselves and others.

We come together weekly to practice Kundalini Yoga with a focus on our Emotional Well-Being. We will keep a simple diary of our feelings and experiences and utilize this to bring awareness to thought patterns. Daily you will receive guidance and encouragement from myself. I am readily on hand to answer questions during your 40 days. Included also is a Full Moon Gong Bath.
