40 Day Sadhana for Anxiety

Sadhana(pronounced sodna) simply means daily practice.
This workshop is for those that are suffering from stress, anxiety, or ptsd even those that would just like assistance to cultivate a daily yoga and meditation practice. The body and mind have a natural rhythm to habits. When we practice something daily for 40 days we break a habit and change the natural patterns of our thoughts or actions.

Our society moves quickly, life flashes past and often it is difficult to catch our breath. Work and Life balance can be often hectic and we find ourselves asking 'Where did the day go?' Our minds race, sleeping becomes difficult, even social situations can become daunting.

We come together weekly to practice Kundalini Yoga with a focus on Mental Health. Our class is focused on developing serenity and peace of mind. We will keep a simple diary of our feelings and experiences and utilize this to bring awareness to thought patterns. Daily you will receive guidance and encouragement from myself. I am readily on hand to answer questions during your 40 days. Included also is a Full Moon Gong Bath.
