Mac or PC? Since we all walk around connected to phones, tablets and laptops, I thought this analogy might make sense for many of you. My programmer extraordinaire made the leap from PC to Mac recently and that got me thinking. Windows, the OS (operating system) for the PC, does its best to function on a variety of PC based hardware.

2016 started with a breath of fresh air wafting its way magically through the studio. Inspiration and passion struck at the same time. Those of you who follow my work know, I am totally enamoured with the power and great beauty of the Canadian Shield. This love affair began as a little girl by the knee of my Grandma Coleman (who was herself an amazing self- taught artist) at the family cottage in Muskoka. She loved the massive granite rocks and huge pine trees and her passion for the near north rubbed off on me.

By subtracting your expenses from your income, you'll see how much you have left over for savings. But don't stop there. Take a second look. Where can you cut down on expenses to divert more to savings and investments? Almost everybody can make changes to free up cash-for example, by cutting down on restaurant meals or paying off debt quickly.

There was a time when men headed to the barber for a time of masculine relaxation and a clean shave.  You can still get that one-of-a-kind shave while letting yourself be pampered by a hot towel shave.

As Daytona Bike Week and NASCAR racing approach, the need for Toy Haulers is greatly increasing as many RVers are looking to bring their own bikes and/or golf carts to the event.

Unlike many New RV dealers, Seaway Trailer Sales also has a strong used RV business. We work hard to carry a great selection of used RVs. We welcome any make or model of RV on trade; however we are in great need of TOY HAULERS, we'll be happy to discuss the value of your trade.

For three weekends in January, the Niagara Region is transformed into a wintry wonderland, celebrating one of Canada’s most cherished products - Ontario Icewine. From Gala evening toasts to chestnut roasts, ornate ice bars, ice skating and winery tours, the 21st Annual Niagara Icewine Festival offers plenty for every taste.

The Welland River runs through Niagara from Lake Niapenco at the Binbrook Dam near the Hamilton Airport to the Niagara River (or almost the Niagara River). The current floodplain mapping is based upon research from 1985. A study to update this research was completed in 2012 but received significant critical review. The NPCA (Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority) has now commissioned a new study to map the entire river from the Binbrook Dam in Hamilton to the Niagara River. The study will subdivide the river into the upper Welland, central Welland and lower Welland sections.
