There is a team of people, each talented in their own way, that has brought us this far so we can celebrate our 30th anniversary all year long. Running a business for this long can mean a lot of hiring, and some firing along the way.

We are very proud to say that our General Manager, Anne Guillemette, is someone who has been here for the entire 30 years. She started at the front desk, gained some valuable experience, and was then believed in to run the property, and it’s been that way ever since.

Residential home sales activity recorded through the MLS® system for The Niagara Association of REALTORS® (NAR) totaled 456 units in January 2020. This was an increase of 14.8% from January 2019.

Natural systems can adjust to respond to changes in the environment or the climate, such as changing blooming cycles or growing slower during droughts. This can be also be a source of inspiration for us, as well. This is what we call Nature-based Solutions (NbS).

Yes, it’s Mashtini time again!

The TD Niagara Jazz Festival’s all-time favourite annual Disco Dance Party Mashtini Fundraiser, now in its 11th year, is kicking off springtime fever, with live music, dancing, ‘mashtinis’, and all that jazz.

For those of you who might be new to this annual phenomenon, all you need to do is head to White Oaks

The year was 1990, investors were taking a chance in Welland when deciding to build and open a hotel. Investors were concerned that if it did not succeed as a hotel, they’d build an all suite hotel, each room providing a bedroom, living room and kitchenette. This was a fool proof way that if they did not succeed, they’d change from a hotel to a long term card / senior facility.
