IRON YOGA :
Iron Yoga (yoga with weights) - This class is for toning and sculpting the body -
weights, some stretching and a nice savasana to end the class !

This class runs 4 times a week
as a session for 8 weeks :

Monday’s at 5:45pm
Wednesday’s at 2:00pm
Friday’s at 9:15am
Saturday’s at 10:00am

The class is 60 minutes with Krysta 
An 8 week session is $120
