The arches are returning to Pelham Town Square. At last night’s meeting, Council voted in favor of endorsing the Rotary Club of Fonthill and Pelham Summerfest’s proposal to rebuild the arches; a decision not likely made if not for the fully- and self-funded construction and maintenance model put forth by the groups.

The Sun Salutation allows us to use the body as an instrument of higher awareness, so that we can receive wisdom and knowledge. The outer sun, they asserted, is in reality a token of our own “inner sun,” which corresponds to our subtle, or spiritual, heart.

"The way people think about retirement is changing. It’s really important to help baby boomers and younger people to understand that retirement is no longer a destination,” said Ellis Katsof.

Years ago, when people would retire, Katsof explained many didn’t live much longer past their retirement — maybe 10 years. Today, many of us are living 20 to 30 years into the retirement chapter of our lives.”
