Being displaced by a natural disaster can leave you feeling out of sorts until you're in your home again. Even as restoration begins, you may struggle with the feeling that your home is not your own. Not only that, there's a great deal of additional financial stress that goes along with being out of your home: the need to eat out, find a place to stay, and take care of regular necessities, like laundry, that you barely think about when you're at home.

Be a part of the Pelham’s annual Outdoor Christmas Market! A place where residents gather with friends and family to celebrate the tradition and romance of Christmas.

Health and Wellness often get confused for being synonyms, they’re not. Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease. Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life.

Establishing this difference in the community is why the Seaway Mall Health & Wellness Show brings the experts to you. Join us Jan. 17 & 18 for free seminars hosted by local health professionals and a variety of vendors.

Whether your ideal hike is a walk about Town or an escape into nature there is much to explore in Pelham.

Recognizing the cultural value of a walk-friendly environment, one of the first priorities when the Rotary Club of Fonthill was founded in 1991 was to sponsor the establishment of the Steve Bauer Trail system. This 6-kilometre multi-use trail loops through various Fonthill neighbourhoods, linking into Thorold to the north and Welland to the south.

Waste Reduction Week is a national environmental campaign which builds awareness around sustainable and responsible consumption, and promotes actions to divert more waste from disposal and conserve natural resources. Niagara Region, in recognition of Waste Reduction Week, will be offering free public tours, hosting an information booth and holding a contest to inform residents about the importance of waste reduction. Tours are free of charge; however, reservations are required to participate in the tours and space is limited.

We know from talking with our friends and past clients that even though they have no plans to move, they still want to keep tabs on the current value of their homes. It's like owning any kind of investment. You don't necessarily want to part with it, but you still want to know what it's worth!

So if you're curious about the current market value of your home, give us a call. We'd be happy to provide you with a no obligation Market Evaluation based on what similar homes in your area have sold for recently.
